Please see https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Systemd_packaging_guidelines for how to do the systemd service handling in the macros (and as a consequence alo gt rid of all those rpmlints).
IF there is a good reason NOT to use those macros, it really ought to be described next to the scriptlets as what it solves in plus. Looking at them, they are simplistic enough and the macros should be more appropriate.
