Execution plan: Base:System/openSUSE_Factory
found conflict of dirmngr-1.1.1-4.1.x86_64 with gpg2-2.1.0-91.1.x86_64:
- /usr/bin/dirmngr
- /usr/bin/dirmngr-client
- /usr/share/man/man1/dirmngr-client.1.gz

As the ChangeLog says, dirmngr is now part of gpg2.
This needs to be addressed in the .spec file; options are:
- Splitting dirmngr functionality out in sep packages (with the same names as the existing ones), thus bumping version from 1.1.1 to 2.1.x;
- Keeping the files in the main package; obsoleting dirmngr would be nescessary

In both such cases, an additional deleterequest for dirmngr will be required. The request as-is can;t be accepted due to this; each of the option requires modification of the existing .spec file.

thus, declining

Also: dropped patches: maybe also remove their references from the .spec file?
