- No idea why you need appdata-tools at build time. Just add a %dir %{_kde4_datadir}/appdata in your files section. update-desktop-files also looks unused in this spec.
- %{_bindir}/%{name} -> %{_kde4_bindir}/%{name}
- BuildRequires: cmake and BuildRequires: kde4-filesystem are not needed
- %{_kde4_datadir}/applications/kde4 -> %{_kde4_applicationsdir}
- %{_kde4_sharedir}/config.kcfg -> %{_kde4_configkcfgdir}
