- I temporarily modified science meta prjconf and prj in my home directory
to enable ppc64/ppc64le builders for Power8
to validate the changes detailed below.
As stated in spec file all of that is tracked by

- For ppc64/ppc64le architectures:
Add support of Power8 cpu
Do not support lvx files for ppc64le (temporarily)
In spec create power8 archives files if do not exist yet
