- add dependency on xprop (called by /usr/bin/startkde)

I noticed this after uninstalling the (not required by anything) xprop
package, which resulted in some
/usr/bin/startkde: Line 433: xprop: command not found
(same for line 435)
messages in ~/.xsession-errors
