Add openSUSE specific change to qemu to support smartcars, which apparently is required by gnome-boxes (boo#1007263). Note that this change is also made in the IBS qemu devel package, to keep things in sync (in fact I tried to submit from there but couldn't make it work. This change accompanies an update to libcacard, which was submitted earlier. I've waited all day for it to build, but not yet (I've built it in IBS ok, so don't have concerns here.)
