Why are you adding readme? Is there any important information included? To add the license it would be sufficiant to include https://github.com/composer/composer/blob/%{version}/LICENSE instead of the full source package.

Thank you for doing this changes. Please revert the changes in old changelog entries - this will usually not be accepted from factory. All other changes are ok for me now.
