Ring2 packages that need action in order to build with systemd 232:

• ModemManager (fix submitted)
• libgsystemd (fix submitted)
• rtkit
• udisks2 (fix submitted)
• transmission (fix submitted)
• sbl

@snwint seems systemd also requries changes on installation-images; like dbus-1 does.

My current proposal to move this in the right direction is merging dbus-1, systemd and the larger installation-images changes into one staging project and have this group fixed 'as one'

Temp moving to backlog:

• systemd requires a change in util-linux (wrong deps); this means we need to reach Staging A,B or C (ring0 touch)
• there is a pending submission for util-linux already, which requires procps - which would pull systemd into ring0. This is not a great idea. With this in mind, working out the details with the maintainer might take a bit more time
• there are also changes needed on xorg-x11-server; the devel prj there is already supplying version 1.19.0 - which happens to not pass openQA just yet - further delaying integration of systemd 232
