nothing provides rust >= 1.13.0I'm not sure how to handle this. The package relies on previous versions being built, which has been done back to version 1.10 on the devel project.
If a built version is required for this step of the process then I may need to submit a first-submission that uses the prebuilt binaries to built it.
Advice?
If this always requires rust-1, then you have to be REALLY careful to submit them to TW and make sure they always go in timely - I can try to workaround it this time
