I'd like to add this new package. lolcat is a ruby gem and
standalone executable script that allows to color and animate
terminal text in rainbow colors.
Second attempt, now the dependency rubygem Paint is in factory, updated spec
files from gem2rpm.

That's true. There are complications with the rubygem-paint dependency. Originally I wanted to create a new devel package for rubygem-paint as well, but didn't notice that it was already there. However, devel:languages:ruby:extensions/rubygem-paint was never submitted to factory. Thus the dependency is now broken.
coolo has recently submitted updates for both rubygem-paint and rubygem-lolcat devel packages. We then first need to submit the updated rubygem-paint to factory and can then retry with rubygem-lolcat.

rubygem-paint has now been accepted to factory. Can you retry with the lolcat submission now? Thank you.
I've just issued a submit request of rubygem-paint to factory in sr#452979. Once this is accepted we can continue with lolcat.
