what a mess - shame on you upstream; we can also just rip out all the history about meson from the .changes file. I'd be fine with that

I mean - why would it be missing? did upstream really screw up the tarball that badly now?
I unpacked the tarball and could not find any meson build files, nor did the build find any. Granted I was hungover, so please feel free to take a look yourself, as I could be very wrong.
I left the "meson bits" inside the spec for a reason.
Seems upstream is really messing up badly - let's move back to autoFOO for now - 3.26 might be a new target for meson building nautilus
