In the end the package should land in 42.2, but has to be submitted here first?
Are additional build flags needed?

I've added the current source from the getmail page, added the changelog (without names of contributers as in a previous commit), added the _service file and bumped the version in the spec file.

I was able to receive mails with SimplePOP3SSLRetriever of a generated rpm without error.

Please answer, if anything further can/must be done by me.
