This is already part of SLES12-SP2 and SLES12-SP3. I've just forgotten to send it to Factory first.
The factory-repo-checker looks buggy. Parted requests the readline-devel package which is part of the bash package and not the readline5-devel package.
Reported to opensuse-factory mailing list, talked to Werner Fink:
osc meta prjconf openSUSE:Factory | less ... 145 Prefer: libreadline5 ...
This line has to be removed or changed to libreadline7. Who can care for this?
the conflict issue is happened in this group(Staging:B) not because of parted, but about https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/491274 which also staged in this group.

and I agree we should update prjconf to not prefer libreadline5

prjconf has been updated - but this won't make the fileconflict between the two packages go away.
Thanks! So a "Conflicts: readline-doc" has to be added to the readline5-devel package or a readline5-doc package with "Conflicts: readline-doc" has to be provided?

I hope this doesn't end up in openSUSE:Factory:Staging:B with broken libreadline again. All this is part of SLES12-SP3:GA already.
I moved it to another staging so it will not affected by ncurses.
