Should I remove the documentation build completely? It seems to be more trouble than it's worth and via jack this package affects a lot of other packages.
I'd recommend to drop it at least from the main build. If you want we can investigate together on how to enable it in a 2nd build (by adding a 2nd .spec file to the package, just taking care of the doc). Those are the two options to break the cycle
