What does this mean? meson also needs libepoxy for building? How does this cycle needs to be read? Any documentation available?
AFAICS meson requires gtk3 to build; gtk3 requires libepoxy to build; libepoxy requires meson to build here.
Ok. No idea. Possibly GNOME packagers are interested in getting this addressed (main consumers of this package I believe). Upstream of course is never interested in looking at build cycles.
uh yeah... meson requires gtk3 for the test suite only - we might want to find an inventive way to switch this off
but why is there gconf2 in this cycle: this should die die die
