That package seems just messed up - the .changelog is inacceptably being shrinked together; and it has even been fixed in the devel prj.

changes don't seem logical from the devel repo package
The breakage occurred when I linked hardware/osinfo-db to Virtualization/osinfo-db which was a mistake. The hardware/osinfo-db had some old version which trashed Virtualization/osinfo-db. I have since removed the link and updated the Virtualization repo with the new bits.
