@mrdocs: I think submitting this to factory in general is a good idea. But currently, there may be a small copyright issue in this package: EMF may embed text by referencing font specific glyph numbers. For SVG, the glyph ids have to be converted to unicode code points. Currently, libemf2svg contains a reversed CMAP extracted from the Arial font. I don't know if the CMAP alone is a copyrightable work. See upstream issue: https://github.com/kakwa/libemf2svg/issues/18
