a) TW does not support multibuild
b) IF multibuild, then EITHER multibuild OR multispec
c) the multibuild file is incorrect: you get 3 builds in the devel instead of 2

Any chance to use python single spec here? We'd prefer not to add dual-spec python modules any longer
let alone that multibuild is still not supported in TW - due to the pending issues reported by Max
(and for TW it is EITHER multibuild or multi spec - the accept bot will forcibly link all spec files to the primary package, causing even more havoc here, as it would build nonsense)
'even more' than in the devel prj, where you build python-power, python-power:python-power and python-power:python3-power; for TW this would be enhanced with python3-power, ppython3-power:python-power and python3-power:python3-power
