Can you remove the Version: change? Having git commits in a version without being careful can confuse rpm pretty badly.

There is no released version yet, so to distinguish the commits IMHO this is better than having no commit at all.

I think that @thipp is retiring the concept of having project-specific packages so this package is likely not going to exist soon (though it looks like there isn't a pending delete request for this one?).

There's no pending delete request for the package as it is an indirect dependency of packer (golang-github-hashicorp-packer).
