libmnl is a new library for dealing with Netlink message exchange in a
very minimal fashion. This minimality also leads to a much quicker
understanding of Netlink compared to libnetlink and libnl, and may yet
replace the two. libmnl is already used for ipset 5.x, and inclusion
of it into factory simplifies the development of NL applications.
