Overview
There's no reason to hold this package back from Factory, all it's build requirements are satisfied and it at least requires qmelt which gives a warning on installation whereas the current version doesn't and gives an error when export is attempted.

Accept to openSUSE:Factory
This requires qmelt which is neither in factory nor submitted.
qmelt is provided by webvfx which has to build within mlt sources and is a linked package of libmlt which has been waiting an overall time of 50 days for legal-auto.
and libmlt has just cleared legal, so no more problem.
Ok, so this should fix itself automatically then as libmlt is checked in now.
