Not sure the changelog really reflects what all was done, but looks good. When did the second devel package definition get in there? I do not remember it being there when I split out the gl build.

You will probably have to consult osc log/osc diff to find out who added two devel subpackages back then. Or just be happy that it is now just one again :)
