can't install php-composer-1.3.1-19.2.noarch:
  nothing provides php-pear(Console) >= 2.3 needed by php-composer-1.3.1-19.2.noarch
  nothing provides php-pear(Finder) >= 2.3 needed by php-composer-1.3.1-19.2.noarch

Please ensure to get the needed dependencies in place too
