Overview
+Source1: https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/source/j/%{libname}/%{libname}-%{version}.tar.gz.asc +#Source2: %{name}.keyring
without the keyring, there is no gpg verification happening here. Any reason to add an asc that can't be verified?
I dont' find the public key to generate keyring. So i have comment out it, till i find solution for keyring. Perhaps because i have here no access to github.
