Use web archive for the url, it is better than it later saying opensuse.org
While I'm happy for the suggestion to use the wikipedia URL, I will not
1) follow the suggestion about "i.e. bullet points starting with uppercase" (as the changes entries are no real sentences and the formatting in the example does the same).
2) "no big chunk of text": We are speaking here about 7 lines / 56 words of changelog entry. Sorry, but this does not make any sense to me.
