The patch fixes https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=459794

Maybe it was removed automatically because its name is not mentioned in the changelog.

BTW, rpmlint throws a warning W: invalid-license GPL-1.0-or-later, not sure if is important...

this is due the change to SPDX3 - rpmlint was updated for Factory meanwhile
