Does the archive contain license somewhere?
i found this line in README file: "code in here is licenced under the same BSD 3-clause license"
That sucks, license needs to be distributed with the sourcecode... :( it is not so strict here as it is not in Tumbleweed but it would be stopper for inclusion, could you ask upstream to maybe put the file in their repo?
