Grmbl - this one keeps on messing up in Stagings - whenever we have this package in staging, multiple pkcon install calls result in 'packages not found'. I'll revert the patch removal for a retry - can't really see it being an issue (yet), but restarting the daemon might have hidden quite some issues in the past (outdated caches?)
