The plugins are already listed some lines above, so this is unnecessarily broad. I would rather state %{_kf5_plugindir}/accessible/ here (and maybe move it up to the other plugins), as the accessibility plugin was the only one that was installed to %{_kf5_plugindir}/plugins/ prevously.

Will fix that. And I'll fix changelogs too (made a wrong run of my update script).

And a cosmetical thing: the changelogs of gwenview5 and kgpg have some duplicate lines and a stray empty line. Probably a good idea to fix that too, but I'd just do it afterwards if necessary.
