Plasma 5.14 Beta - I'll try to add tarball signatures and .keyring in a followup sr. The unresolvables are due to a missing verbump in KUF, but it built fine before adjusting kf5_version.

It's fine I'd say, especially with the kde-gtk-config respin... ;-)

One thing I noticed though: kde-gtk-config5.spec now unnecessarily has a "%autopatch -p1" line added (there are no patches...). I'll remove that after accepting.
Don't remove the %autopatch - there's no reason to.
I'd even like to replace %setup with %autosetup, which always includes %autopatch.
