I would like to submit universal-ctags to Factory and use devel:tools as feeder project. This is my first (new) package and every feedback is very welcome.
Update: Adjusted the versioning and dropped the unnecessary manpage compression, as requested :)
If this is fine I would also like to add this to the update-alternatives of ctags, eventually.
So I would go for something like 0+git... for version - in case upstream releases something numeric version will be allways lower then git...
Also dont compress manpages manually - we dont need to do so - rpm takes care of this.
Otherwise looks good to me
