Remove direct dependencies on image format libs and don't include docs
The image format libraries are not needed, they are pulled in indirectly through gdk-pixbuf.
The %doc files appeared outside /usr/i686-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw in the package, so are better removed.
Further some minor cleanup.
