Fix BuildRequires as suggested.

In my local test environment I didn't need python3 as a BuildRequires. I have added it anyway as per your suggestion Tomas. But I wonder, is python3 necessary?

THis is not a correct fix, on old leap the -base module is prefered while sqlite3 is in the main python package. Thus you need to do something like BuildRequires: python python3 for the old leap.
