If you push this to network and later to factory you will break both OpenVSwitch and VPP. You need to have those aligned too for this SR...
On that note, the VPP release happening in 2 weeks time will have DPDK 18.11 support...
@mvarlese we will keep vpp broken than for two weeks :/ we have to push dpdk ASP to sle15-SP1 beta3 this week. Thanks for reminding I will try update VPP once it get released

yes https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/network/openvswitch --> 2.11(from git branch for now, till RC1)
But then just take VPP -RC2 as you did for OVS... that would build.
