+Recommends: %{name}-bash-completion
I'd not do that. Rather make it the other way by supplementing bash and %{name} together, from the bash-completion package.
so, like this:
%package bash-completion Summary: … Group: … Requires: %{name} = %{version} Requires: bash-completiong Supplements: packageand(bash-completion:%{name})
This will do basically the same, with the advantage that the bash-compltion sub-package will only be triggered for auto-install if bash-completion is already installed on the system (or triggered for installation).
