Thanks for resubmitting but it's not necessary to copy the whole changelog with timestamps here. Usually "Notable changes" from https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/mariadb-10222-release-notes/ is enough (see the previous changelog entries to know how it should look like). I'm accepting this and I will fix the changelog afterwards.
