Sounds somewhat awkward ...
Why not just go with with a shortened shortened version of the description from pngquant.org: "pngquant is a command-line utility and a library for lossy compression of PNG images."
-> "Tool for lossy compression of PNG images"
Everything else is in the description. Also, the current summary is plain wrong, it supports 16bpc images, and can output 1/2/4/8 bit palettes ...
Well that's sneaky :-p none of the bundled readmes say something about 1/2/4-bit output, but it apparently does it indeed.
