plymouth-theme-breeze.spec still contains "Source1: http://download.kde.org/*unstable*/plasma/%{version}/breeze-plymouth-%{version}.tar.xz.sig" and the actual file is missing completely now. It only builds fine because the "%bcond_without lang" line is missing as well I suppose...

And another thing I noticed is that in kscreenlocker, the KF5 build requirements minimum versions have been raised from 5.15.0 to 5.15.1 as well.
That doesn't really make sense, but it doesn't really matter either.

But as they are long outdated anyway, maybe we should just remove the version numbers?
(of course the minimum versions in some other packages are long outdated too... :-/)

Yeah, the file downloading script is smart enough to handle the %bconds, but the version script is just s dumb sed s/oldver/newver/...

The version requirements are indeed bogus for most packages, but as Plasma has global minimum versions for Qt5 and KF5 there might be a better option to specify the versions. Not sure what though.
