- update jquery.timepicker to 1.11.14 (bsc#1119081)
In some timeformat language the hours and minute separator is ':', in someother is '.', depending also on the framework version.
For instance
- Java8 it-IT returns "H.mm"
- Java11 it-IT return "HH:mm"
In the Java8 case the jquery.timepicker plugin at the previous version (1.3.2) was not able to parse the time correctly. The new version (1.11.14) of the plugin is able to handle both cases properly.
