Accept to openSUSE:Leap:15.1
openSUSE:Factory/allegro@4 -> openSUSE:Leap:15.1/allegro
expected origin is 'openSUSE:Leap:15.0' (changed)
Package was from openSUSE:Factory in 15.0
perfect. the submitted sources are in or accepted for Factory
just a question, does it really need to compile with libdumb? I now saw allegro and dumb has a build cycle, dumb build requires liballrg-devel(from old version) plus allegro build requires libdumb-devel. this is a bit tricky, dumb is now not going to build, https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/dumb and if we remove dumb allergo will not going to build.
this broke building aseperite and dumb, I'll revert
