- Use single spec syntax, renaming Python 2 package to use python2- prefix
- Increase minimum Django version to 1.8
- Adds no-maxsplit.patch to fix a minor Python3-only syntax.
- Activate test suite

Note that some functionality was moved from Django 2 to removed , so it is quite important that people can install django-guardian.
