I am not sure I fully understand this request.

Is this SR aiming to set a parallel project structure as we have for Tumbleweed in Virtualization:Appliances:Images:openSUSE-Tumbleweed? If so it makes sense to me and then I assume we should expect further SR for the rest of the images, is that correct?

Also I assume there is no other development project for Leap 15.1, so it is clear that the development project will be this one.

I am a bit surprised to get a SR from openSUSE:Leap:15.1 that's all. So if we are clear on making this project the development project for Leap 15.1 images I have no objection on accepting it and adapt maintainers list to match what we have on Tumbleweed project. Does it cover the motivation of this SR?

Which rest?

Correct!

Also correct.

Livecds? Just saying that because in Tumbleweed subproject I see several images.

Right - the Leap lives are built from the same source as the TW ones though and aren't needed here. Weird setup, I know, but worked very well so far.
