This is a HUGE downgrade, from Version 15.0 to 'Tumbleweed~2019…'

What we usually do for Tumbleweed version is Version: 84.87 (ASCII for T.W)

This would actually also solve this issue:

+ <!-- libreoffice uninstallable: package libreoffice-6.2.2.2-2.1.x86_64 requires libreoffice-branding >= 6.0, but none of the providers can be installed-->

(where the branding version is kinda weird... we could also address this in LO)

Grrr.. again - the issue it would fix would be:

libreoffice uninstallable: package libreoffice-6.2.2.2-2.1.i586 requires libreoffice-branding >= 6.0, but none of the providers can be installed

Eh, I would have added a check on rpm version if libreoffice wasn't as big of a build dep as it is.

Those chosen 'Version: Tumbleweed' make for new issues, like LO requires libreoffice-branding >= 6.0 (stating it is for LO >= 6) - but with this version we are now no longer able to install the openSUSE-LO-branding package.

Of course this was more a coincidence than intent that this worked before, but I'd propose to go to a version like 84.87 (T.W in ASCII)
