- Create subpackages for opensearch and woffle as they have
different dependencies, with opensearch disabled due to
dependencies not in factory
- Fix elvi phpdoc which wasnt executable
- Add missing dependencies
- Activate the tests. While they mostly fail due to no internet,
they are useful to spot missing dependencies.
- Remove two elvi which depend on apt-cache, suited for Debian systems
- Remove /etc/xdg from directories owned by this package
Lots of room for improvement yet.
e.g. the node ones are not working for me yet.
rae seems to be a search of a defunct website.
woffle needs some extra config to get the htdig database created and search frotnend hosted, probably via apache.
Thank you for your interest in this package.
There is a dependency problem when installing on Leap 15.0:
Problem: nothing provides perl-WWW-OpenSearch needed by surfraw-opensearch-2.3.0-lp150.12.5.noarch
I have removed this elvi when updating to 2.2.9 because of that. I have seen your request https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/689954 got accepted but still won't be available in Leap 15.0.
Other subpackages installs fine. Are you OK with resubmitting without the opensearch elvi from now on and add it later, when the perl-WWW-OpenSearch dependency become available in the main repo ?
oh. and I see there is a long list of perl packages it depends on which are not submitted yet, so it wont be quick to get into the factory.
Would it be ok if I make it a bcond , disabled by default ?

Thank, it can be installed fine now :)
The two elvi which depend on apt-cache might be able to go into a separate package, if an apt package can be located.
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/system:packagemanager/apt4rpm and
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/system:packagemanager/apt are broken
