Since openSUSE:Tools/osc is only running on Python3 any more
filesystems/python2-oscfs stopped working. This update supports Python3 and
renames the package to filesystems/fuse-oscfs similar to the naming scheme of
other fuse file systems.

I'd suggest to rename it to fuse-oscfs (there are several packages with the fuse- prefix), instead of python3- as this is IMO used for python modules. I see that there's python2-oscfs but that will go away eventually and we don't need to carry the misleading naming.

And btw you're still using python2-ocfs in the spec
