Well, it would probably be the same amount of work to change the locations in the packages, but it might help in KDE:Extra as we could just define the macro to the old location in case it isn't defined already...

If I look at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=406571#c2 it seems there's no blank line between the summary and the description, that's apparently the reason for this...

Right, in KUA I fixed everything manually and it was a royal PITA. A new macro might help.
