Introducing haproxyctl.
haproxyctl is a small wrapper that allows the controll of HAproxy via
sockets.
The software support Python 2 and Python 3, but the spec file discard
the Python 2 version, as do not makes any sense to provide new software
for it.
The original package is not very well maintained, but is required in
SaltStack if you want to access the haproxy execution module.
The license is GPL v3, but there is no LICENSE file in the repository.
