A good changelog answer: 5WH

• Who (Fabian, given in the changelog)
• When (Jul 3rd, given in the changelog)
• Where (implied to be in the spec file, ok)
• What (you claim yourself you don't know what we achieve by it)
• Why (that's even trickier when we don't know what we achieve)
• How (By adding pkgconfig(Qt5X11Extras) BuildRequires - almost given in changelog)

With what and why not so clear, we could just argue that it's optional upstream dependencies - and we get, as you claim in the comment, X11 support in gstqtglutility

Defines if Qt X11 integration is installed And since we have that, the BR should be added, .changes just needs a bit of tweaking :-)
