in order to support the international dialing prefix
- add build conditional and patch iaxmodem-unbundle-spandsp-libiax.patch,
that allows to build with system libs
- switch to systemd
- Improve UX by supplying config templates in $docdir
- Improve templates with iaxmodem-config.patch
- rename templates to *ttyIAX0
- add README.SUSE
