to ffmpeg-4.2-dlopen-fdk_aac.patch since we need dlopen only
for fdk_aac and looks like some other parts of the patch is
buggy.

- Sync ffmpeg-4.2-dlopen-faac-mp3lame-opencore-x264-x265-xvid.patch
from upstream.

- Disable LTO for arm, fixes build.
